Welcome to the rodeo sponsorship section. Payton is a 24 year old graduate of Troy University where he competed in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. Payton is a Tie Down Calf Roper and currently a second year competitor in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. In 2005, Payton was a qualifier to the College National Finals Rodeo. In 2007, his first year of competition in ProRodeo, Payton was the Southeastern ProRodeo Circuit Tie Down Roping Rookie of the Year. Payton was also one of 12 cowboys to qualify for the Southeastern ProRodeo Circuit Finals Rodeo for 2007. Payton is currently serving as Southeastern ProRodeo Circuit Tie Down Roping Event Representative for 2008. Payton also occasionally competes in Professional Cowboy Association rodeos and various calf roping events. In 2007, Payton competed in over fifty-five events throughout seven different states.

      Payton is currently seeking financial sponsors to help him with travel and entry fee expenses for rodeos and roping events. As you know, sponsorship typically benefits both the recipient as well as the sponsor. Rodeo sponsorship is an arrangement to exchange advertising for the funding of the contestant.
